How We Work
From initial sourcing through to final delivery, every step is managed in-house. We maintain direct relationships with mine operators, handle all export documentation, and coordinate logistics across the corridor — giving buyers a single, accountable point of contact.

Sourcing
We buy at the point of extraction — our principals travel to site with our own security and ground teams across thirteen established access points in Zambia and Tanzania.

Processing
Material is smelted and refined to doré under TKM custody in-country, with independent assay and certification on every parcel before it moves.

Documentation
We handle all export documentation, royalties, duties and compliance paperwork under our own mineral trading permits for seamless cross-border trade.

Delivery
We deliver doré to established refinery counterparties in Dubai, Antwerp and Hong Kong, settling against assay through formal banking channels.

Refining-Grade Discipline, In-Country
Smelting & Upgrading to Doré
Raw gold is smelted and upgraded in-country under TKM custody before export — tighter recovery, tighter quality control, and value retained where the gold is mined.
Assay & Certification
Every parcel is assayed and certified before it moves. Weights, fineness and documentation travel with the product through the whole chain.
Compounding Operations
Our trading model turns capital repeatedly through the buy → process → export → sell cycle, supported by disciplined treasury procedures and full documentation on every rotation.
Destination Refining Relationships
Established refinery counterparties in Dubai, Antwerp and Hong Kong take delivery of TKM doré, with settlement against assay at destination.
